Yahoo! is very excited to have our first Asian owned and operated facility in Singapore. Our new Singapore data center will allow us to serve key South and South East Asian markets with better performance to our users, reduce operations complexity and increase flexibility in computer capacity, decommission smaller footprint data centers throughout Asia, and reduce our environmental impact by using the latest cooling design technologies.
